I've spent time on both sides of the table — designing experiences and living inside the operational systems that break them.
I'm a product designer with a background in UX research and operations. The last few years in logistics and procurement taught me how decisions actually get made inside organizations — the constraints, the competing priorities, the gap between what a process is supposed to do and what people actually do with it. That perspective shapes everything about how I design.
I specialize in research, systems thinking, and turning messy, cross-functional problems into products that make sense to use. I care most about work where the problem is genuinely hard and the stakes for getting it right actually matter.
Outside of design, I'm someone who leads with curiosity — good conversations, new perspectives, figuring out how things work. Probably why I ended up here.
I'm currently looking for full-time product design roles. If your team is working on something complex and cares about getting the details right, let's talk.
